The operations suite for race teams

Every kilometre, on every part, automatically.

Log laps once and every component ages itself. That's the core — around it, ICRX runs the whole weekend: events, build sheets, crew and the box, in one live system.

No credit card. First car in the system in five minutes.

Born on the pit wall, not in an office — built at the track, between sessions, by the people who run the cars.

The suite

Built for everyone in the box

Mileage is the flagship — the best in the paddock. Around it, ICRX runs the operations, the workshop and the crew, so the whole weekend lives in one place.

The difference

Live in the browser, wherever the car is

ICRX is an online tool — the whole crew can be in it at once, and every change syncs to everyone's screen the instant it's made. No installs, no versions emailed around at midnight, no "who's got the latest file".

SYNC

The whole crew, connected at once

Engineer on the pit wall, mechanics in the box, the manager trackside — all in the same live board. A change one person makes appears on everyone else's screen the instant it happens. No refresh, no clashes.

LIVE

Nothing slips through

Every lap and every swap is logged the moment it happens — no 2 a.m. retyping, no damper that never made the sheet. The history stays complete, and provable at resale.

SCAN

Find a tyre set with the camera

Open the app, point your phone's camera at the tyre, and the built-in barcode reader tells you which set it belongs to and the km it carries — no labels to decode, no spreadsheet to cross-check.

How it works

Log laps once. Everything else follows.

ICRX is built around one loop a mechanic can run from a phone between sessions.

Build your cars

Each chassis with its parts, assemblies, tyre sets and per-category retirement mileage. Import everything from CSV, or scan barcodes as you go.

import parts.csv → 214 parts · limits set

Log the session

Type the laps each car ran — that's the whole job. Track length turns laps into km. Paddock Wi-Fi optional.

FP2 · 18 laps × 4.657 km = 83.8 km

Everything ages, live

Kilometres land on every mounted part and tyre set instantly. Alerts fire against your event horizon — rebuild before the failure, not after.

Every module

One system for the whole race weekend

Every module is included, always — no feature gates, no add-on price list. A taste of what's inside; each pillar has a page of its own for the full depth.

Mileage · EOL

Component life, tracked to the metre

Per-part mileage with category thresholds, target-use overrides, rebuild ledger and a two-horizon alert engine that knows your calendar.

ENG-014
4,920 km
GBX-007
5,760 km
WSH-033

Tyres

Tyres, tracked like parts

Every set barcoded, allocated per session, accruing km exactly like a damper does. Wear decisions on data, not memory.

Import

Bring your database with you

CSV import for parts and tyres, arrival-mileage batch opening, Excel export any time. Switching mid-season takes an afternoon, not a winter.

Box timer

Run the box clock

Session schedule, offsets and cross-midnight plans on a screen everyone reads.

Mechanics · Workshop

Job board & service queue

Per-car and general jobs, reusable checklists, and a service queue that tracks every rebuild.

Assemblies, crew & travel, barcode scanning, replacement forecasts, roles & audit — all included too. See the whole suite

Why ICRX

Pro-grade tracking, without the pro-tool pain

The established suites were built for factory teams with IT departments. ICRX is built for the teams that do the actual racing.

Final pricing is being locked down. Founding teams agree their rate directly with the founder — and keep it for as long as they stay.

  • Every module: mileage, EOL alerts, tyre tracking, builds, assemblies, crew & travel, box timer, analytics
  • Unlimited users & roles — mechanics, engineers, drivers, managers
  • CSV import, Excel export, barcode scanning, PDF packs
  • Audit trail & granular permissions
  • Direct line to the founder — not a ticket queue

Does it pay for itself?

One gearbox that runs past its life costs more than a season of ICRX. One part with clean, provable history sells for more at the end of the year. This is parts insurance, not software spend.

Missed gearbox rebuild → €12,000+
A season of ICRX → a fraction of that
Documented history at resale → pays it back again

FAQ

Questions teams ask

How is mileage calculated?

You log laps per session — ICRX multiplies by the track's lap length and propagates the kilometres to every part and tyre set mounted on that car at that moment, live. Assemblies accrue only while fitted; swapped-off spares stop aging. No manual recalculation, ever.

Do you charge per user?

No. Per car, unlimited users. A 2-car team with 12 crew pays for 2 cars, full stop.

We're mid-season on Excel. Can we switch?

Yes — CSV import for parts and tyres, plus arrival-mileage batch opening: start every part with the km it already carries, and let ICRX take it from there. An afternoon, not a winter.

Does it work at the track?

ICRX runs in any modern browser — the pit-wall laptop, the box iPad, a mechanic's phone. The core loop (log laps) takes under a minute and was designed for paddock conditions.

Who owns the data?

You do. Export everything to Excel/PDF at any time. Your part histories, tyre records and audit trail are yours — including if you leave.

What series is it for?

Any programme that tracks component life: F4, FRECA, GT, TCR, prototypes, historics, karting endurance. If parts have a lifespan, ICRX tracks it.

Your parts are aging right now.
Start counting.

Set up your first car in five minutes. Log your next session from the box. Never rebuild a spreadsheet again.
